Shirts

Returns Due to Inaccurate Measurement-Taking
We measure all shirts to confirm they have been tailored to match the measurements you provided. If you find that your shirt does not fit upon receipt, we will need to adjust your measurements to ensure proper fit for future orders. For the very first shirt you order, we will provide complimentary alterations or remake your shirt to achieve perfect fit. We will also pay for the return shipping. Future shirts ordered will then be tailored to match the corrected measurements.

If you come to our New York City showroom for a fitting and/or alterations, we will happily make alterations onsite and adjust your measurements in our file accordingly. Please schedule a fitting appointment with us.

Returns Due to Fault
As your shirt is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in the following cases:
- if there is a stitching fault with your shirt
- if the shirt has not been manufactured as specified
- if the sizing of the shirt relating to the measurements you provided is incorrect

If you are returning a shirt due to a fault or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will alter or remake a new shirt to the correct specifications. We will also pay for the return shipping.

How to Return a Shirt
To return a shirt for one of the reasons listed above, please follow the following process:

  1. Send us an e-mail at service@moi-meme.com to explain the need for a return and request a return shipping label
  2. You will receive your shipping label via e-mail. Print the label and attach it to your shirt package.
  3. If your shirt requires alterations or remaking due to fit issues, we recommend that you include in your package:
    1. Safety pins on the seams of the shirt that you believe require adjustment
    2. One or more photos of you wearing the shirt, demonstrating the problem areas (you may also e-mail these photos to service@moi-meme.com)
    3. A written description of the problem (you may also e-mail this description to service@moi-meme.com)
  4. Drop off your package at any UPS location or hand it to a UPS driver

The altered or new shirt will ship 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your return, though we will always try to expedite your order, when possible. We will contact you by e-mail to update you on the progress of your order.

Suits and Suiting Separates

We will complete up to two rounds of complimentary alterations in our showroom for all suits and suiting separates. If, after accepting your garments, you find a fault in the stitching that requires mending, we will happily address the issue at our New York City showroom, at no charge.

Extra Alterations
If you would like to request more than two rounds of alterations, you may do so and we will be happy to make those alterations for you, in accordance with our alterations fee schedule.

Changes to Fit / Style
If you would like to adjust the fit or style of a garment after you have accepted it, we can also make those alterations for you, in accordance with our alterations fee schedule.

If you are a new customer, we consider your measurements to be "current" for up to one year. If you are a returning customer, please use the fit of your other Moi-Même garments to guide a decision as to whether you will require a new fitting. If you believe your measurements have changed since your last fitting, please schedule a new measuring appointment with us.
